Position Overview
The Vice President of Healthcare Sales will lead as we develop our national sales strategy, focusing on relationships with healthcare systems, pediatric practices, early childhood agencies, employer groups, and community providers. This role oversees the full sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to building long-term referrals and accelerating our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s healthcare sales strategy as we expand nationally
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with employers, medical groups, and referral partners
  • Lead, coach, and grow a sales team to meet organizational revenue and growth goals
  • Partner with clinical, operations, and marketing leaders to support seamless onboarding and retention of referral partners
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for geographic expansion
  • Present data-driven updates and forecasts to the executive leadership team
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Perform other duties, as assigned 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  • 7–10+ years of healthcare sales leadership experience
  • Experience working with behavioral health, pediatric healthcare, autism services, ABA therapy, or related fields preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing both teams and personal quotas
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other appropriate individuals 
  • Be flexible and respond to varying situations, critical thinking skills and problem solving . 
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable transportation that is insured in the state of AZ  
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
