Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight:
- Provide expert clinical direction and oversight for all ABA programs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and case consultations to ensure client progress and program effectiveness.
- Coach staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth opportunities for clinical staff.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in ABA principles and techniques.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment.
- Lead initiatives for clinical program development and refinement, incorporating the latest research and advancements in ABA.
- Analyze clinical data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate treatment efficacy.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure clinical integrity and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with administrative and operational teams to optimize service delivery, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Participate in strategic planning for the organization's growth and expansion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or closely related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB is required.
- Arizona licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.
- 5 or more years of clinical and supervisory or managerial experience in the field of autism services with direct facing client service experience is required.
- 4 or more years of senior management experience supervising licensed professionals within a clinical environment is required.
