Pay: $70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee team member scheduling: including track patient availability, track employee availability, and track important variables for scheduling (medical needs, specific training for staff needed, severity of patient, ability of employee).
- Cover breaks and lunches with set scheduling [Manage callouts and PTO for employees (related to schedule only). Manage callouts and coverage needs for patients (related to schedule only)].
- Manage Grievances (phone calls and in person).
- Manage new employee schedule (review new hire weekly schedule and confirm with HR that we have technology, space, and management (non-HR) point of contact for first day in place and scheduled).
- Meets site adherence to policies and procedures
- Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, to ensure understanding by all affected individuals.
- Complies fully with all medical records and information privacy regulations, local, state, and federal.
- Single Case Agreement Management administration.
- Maintains consistent alignment with our mission.
- Demonstrates ability to regularly change priorities to accomplish all critical tasks and responsibilities.
- Participates regularly in staff meetings.
- Performs other special projects and duties as necessary and requested.
- Maintains continually updated knowledge of all aspects of client service and best practices.
- Comfort with public speaking (e.g., community meetings).
- Strong organizational skills, careful about details, thorough in completing tasks, ability to meet deadlines, and persistent in pursuit of goals.
- The ability to use sound and accurate judgement and think creatively to resolve complex problems and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Works collaboratively and productively within and across the department.
- Completes all work responsibilities with very high accuracy and without constant supervision.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within a highly professional environment.
- Two to three years of management experience required.
- High school diploma with further education preferred on behavioral health topics from an accredited university or educational institution.
- Previous experience within behavioral health environment.
- Professional scheduling experience is required.
- Experience in ABA is a plus.
- Comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to ethical and legal compliance programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including, Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to and work with diverse backgrounds, human capabilities and limitations, and cultures.
