Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of clinical and support roles under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
- Interacts directly with children, adults, their families, and caregivers
- Administers and scores standardized testing
- Supports the diagnostic process for Autism through testing and assessment
- Participates in a rigorous and supervised training program provided for the position
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, or similar field required
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Experience working with kids a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience with implementing behavioral assessments, specifically ADOS-2 is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and ability to record and convey those observations systematically and reliably through writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adept at multitasking
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired
